Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Discord community (https://discord.gg/27xGk7yVAa) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
