Shipping policy

All products are shipped from Japan.

Shipping (US):

• Once each pre-order window closes, we ship products from Japan to our fulfillment center in Michigan. After arrival, orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days from there.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping:

• Currently available for US domestic orders only. International shipping to additional countries will be available soon.

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
